Ben zoooo benieuwd. Gaan jullie mee?
Today is "Koninginnedag' (Queensday) in the Netherlands, our National Holiday. It is tradition that on Koninginnedag the queen visits a few towns with her entire family. Each year different places in a different province. I wonder if they never get bored and tired of all the folkloristic hustle and bustle over and over again. The weather should be nice but unfortunately the wonderful spring weather we have had this week changed into cooler one with even some rain. I hope they keep it dry for organizing this event takes months of preparation.
Now over to the challenge with Yvonne and Katrien. I have been able to add a row of shells to my top. Working on it is getting more difficult because the round shapes make it stretch and it is harder to keep the project straight. I have to work at a table and because my sewing tables are full of clutter I had to move to the dining table. Haven't ask DH if he agrees. I told him lately that projects follow me anywhere I go so I can't help that after the sewing room and the spare bedroom the shells now follow me into the living area. Hmm maybe it is time for an extension to the house. (He prefers me to clean out my rooms upstairs and get rid of things I don't use. But men don't understand do they
Well this is challenge updat day. I hop over to Yvonne en Katrien to see what they achieved this month. They have been so quiet lately...........
