What did I sew in April?

Today is our monthly clamshell update but I have the feeling that the enthousiasm has ceased a little. Where are all those quilters who liked to start a clamshell quilt? Come on girls pick it up again and show us what you did.
I must admit that I haven't made great progreass either. But I think I have a few little excuses. So far I added only 7 new shells tot the top. It brings the total to 24 rows, another 12 rows to go. I have to work harder this month if I want to finish the top befor summer.

What else did I do this month? Well first I finished the last round of the Round Robin. See last week's posting. I am still enjoying my top.

During our midweek I started a red-white Hunter Star quilt. This week I added another blok. The blocks are not joined yet. The points fit nicely!

Geheim dus. Ik laat alleen een lap zien.
I am also sewing a present for someone. Secret project, I only show a piece of material.

And finally I made some Little Quilts of Love for our local hospital. Here are three of them. Two finished, one almost. The others still need quilting. I'll show them later.
All in all it does not look too bad I think. I have not been really lazy!

PS  you are not supposed to look at the messy background!

Hunter's Star is one of those designs that I always am drawn to -- and in red and white it's stunning!

Chapeau!!!
Wat heel lief, de Little Quilts of Love.

Yes, you have been busy! I have to count, but I think I only added about 6 clamshells in April, very disappointing after my March report. The Hunter Star pattern is fabulous!
